Postanowienia ogólne

1. Grand Prix Mazowsza w tenisie ziemnym jest cyklem turniejów tenisowych rozgrywanych na obiektach znajdujących się na terenie województwa mazowieckiego.
2. Ranking Grand Prix Mazowsza budowany jest na podstawie 12 najlepszych wyników z turniejów, 10 najwyżej punktowanych występów w rozgrywkach klubowych typu challenge/liga oraz rozgrywek drużynowych.
3. Turnieje podzielone są na rangi, które uzależnione są od poziomu zaawansowania oraz ilości uczestników.
4. Cykl Grand Prix Mazowsza kończy się turniejem Masters.

Rangi turniejów

1. Podstawową rangę turnieju określa organizator podczas zgłaszania turnieju do kalendarza cyklu.
2. Ranga turnieju określana jest według następujących zasad:
   - w turniejach rangi 0 i 1 może brać udział każdy,
   - w turniejach rangi 2 mogą brać udział amatorzy oraz zawodnicy objęci 5-letnią karencją,
   - w turniejach rangi 3 mogą brać udział amatorzy,
   - w turniejach rangi 4 mogą brać udział amatorzy nienotowani w czołowej „20” rankingu GPM.
3. Zawodnik objęty 5-letnią karencją to osoba nienotowana w końcowych rocznych rankingach ATP, WTA, PZT (w czołowej "100" PZT mężczyzn i kobiet oraz "50" juniorów do lat 18) i innych związków krajowych w okresie ostatnich pięciu lat poprzedzających zawody.
4. Amator to osoba nienotowana w końcowych rocznych rankingach ATP, WTA, PZT (w czołowej "100" PZT mężczyzn i kobiet oraz "50" juniorów do lat 18) i innych związków krajowych.
5. Rozszerzona ranga turnieju (od a do d) przyznawana jest po wpisaniu wyników i uzależniona jest od ilości uczestników.
6. Ranga 0 przyznawana jest jeśli turniej był zgłoszony do kalendarza jako ranga 1 oraz osiągnął co najmniej 32 uczestników.

Zasady rozgrywania turniejów

1. Organizatorem turnieju może być klub, wyznaczony przez niego przedstawiciel lub osoba prywatna.
2. Turnieje rozgrywane są systemami pucharowym, grupowym lub mieszanym.
3. Minimalna liczba uczestników turnieju wynosi 3.
4. O systemie rozgrywania gier decyduje organizator turnieju. Jest on zobowiązany przekazać tę informację uczestnikom przed przeprowadzeniem losowania.
5. Rozstawienie zawodników w turniejach do odwołania odbywa się na podstawie archiwalnych rankingów GPW lub według rozstawienia organizatora.
6. W każdym turnieju uczestnika obowiązuje obecność na 15 minut przed wyznaczoną godziną gry. 15–minutowe spóźnienie liczone od chwili zwolnienia kortu (nie wcześniej jednak niż 15 minut przed wyznaczonym terminem) oznacza bezwzględny walkower.
7. Rozgrzewka przed każdym meczem trwa 5 minut. Uczestnika turnieju obowiązuje pod tym względem absolutne podporządkowanie decyzjom organizatora turnieju.
8. Spotkania sędziowane są przez zawodników między sobą. Dopuszczalne jest także sędziowanie przez osobę trzecią wyznaczoną przez organizatora w przypadku, gdy jeden z zawodników poprosi o wyznaczenie sędziego.
9. Organizator ma prawo nie przyjąć zgłoszenia do turnieju od osoby łamiącej notorycznie zasady dobrego wychowania i w rażący sposób nie przestrzegającej kodeksu amatora. O incydentach z udziałem poszczególnych graczy informuje uprzednio Zespół Organizacyjny Grand Prix Mazowsza.
10. Uczestnicy biorą udział w turniejach na własną odpowiedzialność. Wskazane jest przeprowadzenie badań lekarskich przed turniejami.
11. Organizator turnieju zobligowany jest do wprowadzenia wyników turnieju w ciągu 7 dni od daty jego rozpoczęcia – nawet w przypadku, gdy są one niepełne. Po upływie tego terminu wyniki turnieju nie zostaną zaliczone do rankingu.
12. We wszystkich kwestiach spornych, których nie rozstrzyga niniejszy regulamin, upoważnionym do wydawania decyzji jest Zespół Organizacyjny, wyznaczony przez niego przedstawiciel lub organizator turnieju.

Turniej Masters

1. Warunkiem rozegrania turnieju Masters w danej kategorii jest znalezienie organizatora oraz odbycie się co najmniej 20 turniejów w ciągu roku.
2. Do turnieju Masters kwalifikuje się 16 najlepszych zawodników w danej kategorii.
3. Do kwalifikacji brany jest ranking typu Race (jeśli rozgrywany jest tego samego roku, stan na poniedziałek poprzedzający turniej Masters) lub ranking na koniec danego roku (jeśli rozgrywany jest w następnym roku).

General provisions

1. The Mazovia Grand Prix in tennis is a series of tennis tournaments played at facilities located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
2. The Mazowsze Grand Prix ranking is built on the basis of the 12 best results from tournaments, the 10 highest scoring performances in challenge/league club competitions and team competitions.
3. Tournaments are divided into ranks, which depend on the level of advancement and the number of participants.
4. The Mazovian Grand Prix series ends with the Masters tournament.

Tournament ranks

1. The basic rank of the tournament is determined by the organizer when submitting the tournament to the cycle calendar.
2. The rank of the tournament is determined according to the following rules:
   - everyone can participate in tournaments of rank 0 and 1,
   - rank 2 tournaments are open to amateurs and players covered by a 5-year grace period,
   - Amateurs can participate in rank 3 tournaments,
   - Rank 4 tournaments are open to amateur players not ranked in the top 20 of the GPM Ranking.
3. A player covered by a 5-year grace period is a person not listed in the final annual rankings of the ATP, WTA, PZT (in the top "100" PZT men and women and "50" juniors under the age of 18) and other national associations in the last five years preceding the competition.
4. An amateur is a person not listed in the final annual rankings of the ATP, WTA, PZT (in the top "100" PZT men and women and "50" juniors under 18) and other national associations.
5. The extended tournament rank (from a to d) is awarded after entering the results and depends on the number of participants.
6. Rank 0 is awarded if the tournament was entered in the calendar as rank 1 and had at least 32 participants.

Tournament rules

1. The organizer of the tournament may be a club, a representative appointed by it or a private person.
2. Tournaments are played in knockout, group or mixed systems.
3. The minimum number of tournament participants is 3.
4. The tournament organizer decides about the system of playing the games. He is obliged to provide this information to the participants before the draw is carried out.
5. The seeding of players in tournaments until further notice is based on the archival rankings of the Warsaw Stock Exchange or according to the seeding of the organizer.
6. In each tournament, the participant must be present 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the game. A 15-minute delay counted from the moment the court is released (but not earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled time) means an absolute forfeit.
7. The warm-up before each match lasts 5 minutes. In this respect, the participant of the tournament is absolutely subordinated to the decisions of the tournament organizer.
8. Matches are refereed by players among themselves. It is also allowed to referee by a third party appointed by the organizer in case one of the contestants asks for the appointment of a judge.
9. The organizer has the right not to accept an application for the tournament from a person who notoriously breaks the rules of good manners and grossly disobeys the amateur code. The Organizing Team of the Grand Prix of Mazovia informs about incidents involving individual players in advance.
10. Participants participate in tournaments at their own risk. It is advisable to conduct medical examinations before tournaments.
11. The tournament organizer is obliged to enter the results of the tournament within 7 days from the date of its start - even if they are incomplete. After this deadline, the results of the tournament will not be included in the ranking.
12. In all disputes not settled by these regulations, the Organizing Team, its designated representative or the tournament organizer are authorized to make decisions.

Masters Tournament

1. The condition for playing a Masters tournament in a given category is finding an organizer and holding at least 20 tournaments during the year.
2. The top 16 players in each category qualify for the Masters tournament.
3. Qualification is based on either the Race ranking (if same year, the Monday before the Masters tournament) or year end ranking (if next year).
